  1. How do I place an order?

  • You can reach out to us via our Whatsapp number @ +6011-5418 8089 (Vicky) or even through our Facebook or Instagram chatbox.


2. Is Inbox gift made ready and available all-year round?

  • Inbox offers variety of collections throughout the year. We have the Year Round Collection that is available throughout the year. Seasonal collections will be available for limited time and subject to availability. We would suggest to order to be placed ahead of time to avoid any unseen delay.


3. Any minimum orders required for seasonal gift set on Inbox website?

  • There is no minimum orders required. We welcome you even if its a single order or even bulk orders.


4. Can I personalise my gift?

  • One of the beauty of ordering from Inbox is that we provide personalised and specially designed gift cards according to the theme of the gift sets. You are free to let us know your message in every gift card and let us get it done for you.

  • At Inbox, we do offer engraving services to make your surprises personalised. Customised engraving messages can be added-on to Inbox spruce box cover with a token of RM20 limited to 20 words. We can even input Chinese characters.


5. Do you provide delivery service?

  • Yes, we do! Currently we offer a few variety of delivery services.

        • The price of the gift sets is inclusive of standard delivery charges across Peninsular Malaysia with 2-5 working days delivery timeframe.

        • For an additional of RM 20, you can make it immediate on the same day if the delivery address is within Klang Valley.

        • Or you can contact us for any special self collection arrangements.


6. How long does it usually take for my gift to be delivered?

    • Your gift will be prepared right when payment is received and verified and it will be out for delivery the next working day.

    • Delivery Terms and Conditions:

      • Upon failed delivery, we will notify you (the buyer) to collect your items within 7 working days from us at a meet-up point.

      • Alternatively, you may choose to make an additional payment (RM 20.00) for a second delivery attempt.


7. I’d like to order customised curated gifts for my upcoming brand campaign, launch or personal event. Does Inbox offer such services?

  • Yes, of course! Share your story with us & our Inbox crafters will be delighted to work hand-in-hand with you. Minimum quantity may apply for customised curations, contact us today!


8. Can I exchange or refund an order?

  • At Inbox, we believe in delivering what we promise. We trust all our products will be received with delight and thus, they are non-exchangeable or refundable. If in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with your order, let us know & we’ll try our best to improve on our services in the future.


9. How do I keep updated on the latest collection for upcoming seasons?
